1 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sweet yeast

Vegetable oil, for molding

Pinch of salt

150 ml water

filling:

150g minced meat

50g green olives, cut into small pieces

1 medium carrot, grated

1/2 medium red pepper, diced

1/2 medium onion

1/2 teaspoon harissa

1 small clove of garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Black olives, for garnish

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

1- In a large bowl, combine flour, semolina, vinegar, baking powder and salt, then add a small amount of water and start mixing.

2- Keep adding water little by little and keep stirring until all ingredients are combined.

3- Knead the dough for ten minutes until you get a soft and elastic dough. Cover the dough with a napkin and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4- Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll each portion into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes.

5-Pour some vegetable oil on the table and your hands. Take a dough and flatten it with your fingers to form a very thin circle.

6-Fold one side of the dough into the middle, then fold the other side over the first.

7- Fold the two sides of the mustadhil into the middle to form a square. Let the dough rest.

Step 2: Prepare the filling

8- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion turns translucent.

9- Add the minced meat and pepper. Continue stirring until the ingredients are well combined.

10- Add pepper, then salt, pepper and harissa. Continue cooking.

11-Add carrots and cook for 3 minutes.

12-Remove the pan from the heat and add the green olives and mix.

Step 3: Assemble the Pancakes

13- Cut Le Bloc® cheese into slices.

14-Take a square of dough and press the dough with your fingertips or palms to make it expand until the square has tripled in size.

15- Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of the square and place the Le Bloc® piece.

16-Fold one side of the dough into the middle, then fold the fiscal side over to close the pie.

17- Place the pie on an oven tray lined with cooking paper.

18- Rub the surface of the pie with vegetable oil and garnish with black olives.

19-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and cook the pie for 20 minutes.
