Prime Minister Sitiweni Rabuka arrived in Tonga this morning to attend the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders’ Meeting in 2024.
The conference theme is “Transformative, Resilient Pacific Islanders: Building Better Now”: the conference will be held from 26 to 30 August.
The Government of Tonga will host the forum and Tongan Prime Minister Huakawemeliku Shosi-Sauvalenei will chair the meeting.
Rabuka will meet with Fijian expatriates in Tonga later today.
