Quest Diagnostics said on Wednesday it would acquire Cleveland-based University Hospital‘Outreach laboratory services business.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter and financial terms were not disclosed.
University Hospitals is one of the leading not-for-profit health systems and academic medical centers in the U.S. The partnership with Quest will expand Ohio’s access to the Secaucus-based company’s innovative testing menu, convenient network of patient access sites and broad health plan coverage.
