Dam Press:

Russia is making another real peace proposal to Kiev and the West, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced during a meeting with the leadership of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Putin reiterated Mosmo’s willingness to negotiate and stressed that without Russia’s participation and without honest and responsible dialogue, it would be impossible to reach a peaceful solution to the Ukrainian issue and the entire European security issue.
Putin set the following conditions for Russia to peacefully resolve the Ukrainian issue:
The Ukrainian troops were withdrawn from the entire territory of the new Russian regions, namely the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics and the Kherson and Zaporizhia governorates, within the administrative borders that existed when they entered the Ukrainian state structure.
Kiev abandons intention to join NATO
Once Kiev announces its readiness to withdraw its troops and begins to actually withdraw from these areas, and formally notifies its abandonment of plans to join NATO, Russia will immediately issue a ceasefire order and begin negotiations.
In order to reach a peaceful solution, Moscow needs Ukraine to become a neutral, non-bloc, non-nuclear state, and to disarm and denazify. This is Russia’s principled position, “generally agreed by all parties at the Istanbul 2022 negotiations.”
We want the conditions for Ukraine’s disarmament to be written and clear, including determining the number and location of troops.
The rights, freedoms and interests of Russian-speaking citizens of Ukraine must be fully protected
A new regional reality must be created, recognizing Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia as an integral part of Russia and establishing this in international treaties.
All these key and fundamental provisions of the settlement should be consolidated in the form of a basic international agreement
The resolution of the conflict includes lifting all Western sanctions against Russia
The essence of our proposal is that we are not seeking a temporary truce or ceasefire, as the West wants, to compensate for losses and rearm the Kiev regime and prepare for a new attack. What we want is not a freeze. of the conflict, but a complete end.
If the West and Kiev reject this peace proposal, they will bear political and moral responsibility for the continued bloodshed.
Obviously, the reality on the ground will continue to change to the disadvantage of the Kiev regime, and the conditions for launching negotiations in the future will also be different.
Russia is ready to engage in dialogue with all countries, not just a “formal” dialogue, but a serious and real dialogue on all issues concerning international security.
