Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly invited Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Moscow for a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States in October, as well as an outreach meeting at the BRICS summit in Kazan, also in October Vesti.az.
