He announced this on Monday, June 22, 2024, when he launched his campaign to join the Rwandan Parliament in the next five (5) years.
His campaign started in Kayonza ward in Rwinkwavu district and continued in Kirehe ward in Nasho district.
Mukabunani assured supporters of his party and the people at large that if he is elected and gets majority in Parliament, he will fight for agricultural reforms and do it in a professional manner using farm machinery and not the hands of the people.
He also said he would reform Medicare so that patients with mutual insurance could be treated in private hospitals, which would otherwise accept patients with other insurance.
He will also improve the medical school so that there are more doctors and patients can see them more easily.
