Five people have been criminally charged in the death of “Friends” actor Matthew Perry, U.S. prosecutors announced Thursday. Two doctors and Perry’s assistant are accused of participating in an “extensive criminal network” that distributed large amounts of ketamine to the actor, who died last October from the “acute effects” of the drug.
