Alfonso Mukasa, better known as Promoter Bajjo, has made a bold move by returning to school after an absence of 15 years.
The renowned event promoter, who has enrolled at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) to further his studies, said he was very excited about the decision and believed it would create a better future for him.
Baggio has been away from the classroom for more than a decade and is excited to start a new chapter in his life.
On his first day at the University of Maryland School of Business, he invited the media to witness his return to academic life, demonstrating his commitment to his studies. He stressed that this decision was not a whim, but an important step towards personal growth and development.
A staunch supporter of the National Unity Platform (NUP), Baggio attributes his motivation to pursue further studies to party leader Bobi Wine.
Bobby Wine, who had just completed his Bachelor of Laws, inspired Baggio to follow a similar path. For Baggio, the power of education was undeniable and he witnessed its impact first-hand through his interactions with different people in different places.
Baggio was unfazed by the potential ridicule of his junior classmates. He knew exactly why he was returning to school and was determined to make the most of the opportunity.
