“We do not have a parliamentary system, but a presidential one, in which the President of the Republic is endowed with considerable powers. Political considerations make it impossible to propose such a law overnight. This reminds us of attempts to modify the term of office of the Head of State and introduce reforms in violation of article 103 of the Constitution. »
