This vision, which comes into force on July 26, 2023, is based on four key axes and aims at the reconstruction of the country, the revision of the social and political bills and the well-being of all Nigeriens.

Four strategic axes of transformation

  2. Promoting good governance Mr. Lamine Zein affirmed that the Nigerien authorities strictly adhere to ethical standards in the management of public affairs. Good governance involves transparent and responsible use of public resources, so that citizens can have peace of mind about the use of the taxes collected.

The government aims to strengthen Niger’s sovereignty through the selection of strategic partners and the development of national resources.
