MP and Samagi Jana Balawega national organiser Tissa Attanayake said based on the current situation, it can be predicted that Mr Sajith Premadasa will receive a total of 7.2 million votes, more than 50 per cent of the votes.
Attanayake said that the grassroots people have strongly united around Sajith and stressed that Mr. Sajith Premadasa will definitely win the upcoming presidency.
However, Dr Harsha de Silva expressed a different view, saying that the challenges faced by Samagi Jana Balavega as a party can never be taken for granted and in order to overcome them, we must work hard.
