President Hakainde Hichilema has immediately transferred MP Peter C. Kapala to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock and MP Makozo Chikote to the Ministry of Energy.
The President implored and directed the ministers to perform their duties conscientiously in their new positions.
This is according to a statement released to the media by Chief Communications Specialist of the Presidency, Clayson Hamasaka.
