“President Boric has taken an absolutely consistent position”

this Speaker of the House Carol Cariola (PC)referring to the situation in Venezuela after the presidential election on July 28.

In conversation CNN ChileCariola says they hope Venezuela “Achieve a swift and peaceful solution that prioritizes popular sovereignty and democracy.”

“I have also very clearly represented what I believe to be the majority position, and even the Communist Party itself has very clearly stated in its written statement that it is important that the minutes be transparent, that the process be transparent, and that it be clarified,” he stressed.
