In the authentic hadith narrated by Uthman ibn Affan, “May Allah be pleased with him,” it is said that when he did this. After burying the dead, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would stand by him and say: “Ask for forgiveness for your brother and for him to be steadfast.” Now he would be asked (narrated by Abu Dawud).

– “Send him, O God, to a blessed house, for you are the best of both houses. Send him, O God, to the house of the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous, and be a good companion to those.”
