The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, returned to the capital, Luanda, on Sunday evening, August 11, to attend the inauguration ceremony of President Paul Kagame, who was reappointed President of the Republic of Rwanda.
Rwandan President Paul Kagame was re-elected for a fourth term last July, extending his 30-year term at the helm of the country for another five years.
