Police have arrested a Jamaican national suspected of murdering 32-year-old James Sands in Bimini…

BIMINI | Following a tip, Bahamian police have now discovered a Jamaican national wanted for the murder of 32-year-old James Sands, a former resident of Abaco Island.

Shandae Anthony “Sean” Brown, 28, a Jamaican wanted for murder at Fisherman’s Village Pier in North Bimini, had been hiding on the island since Aug. 15, evading authorities.

Police arrived in Bimini on Friday afternoon and found Brown hiding in the Coca May Club building near the old Jokers Aviation area in Alice Township.

Brown was airlifted off the island for processing
