Police assures report on Intan Nabila domestic violence case will not be withdrawn

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, Jakarta – Public Relations Bogor PoliceInspector Desi confirmed that there would be no attempt to withdraw reports related to experiences of domestic violence (KDRT) Nabila Diamond Cut.

“It was explained that regarding this issue, apart from rumors, the report has been withdrawn and has not been resolved through deliberation, and so far the legal procedures at the investigation level are still ongoing,” Inspector Desi said at his office on Friday 16/8/2024).

Likewise, according to him, efforts towards restorative justice (RJ) have yet to be made by the parties Armored Warrior.

“So far, it has been impossible for lawyers from the suspect’s family to be present at the initial arrest of the perpetrator, but there has been no follow-up,” he said.

As previously reported, Amor hopes that the case plaguing him can be resolved amicably through restorative justice.
