The Leader of the Opposition is wrong both legally and politically. URCA is the regulator. You don’t have to take my word for it. He only has to read the law that was passed in Parliament less than 90 days ago.

If he was so opposed to raising rates, where was he on the day of the Freeport protest, not taking action.
But it’s not too late now, because he said GBPA is the regulator, and he can still protest in front of the pink building at the Grand Bahama Port headquarters. But you will never see such a scene in your life.
