Pickup truck falls into river, two mining company workers missing, bodies found in Chhatkar district

AKIPRESS website – The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that one of the two missing workers of a mining company has been found.
A pickup truck fell into the Chhatkal River in Kannish-Kiya township of Chhatkal district. The two people in the car were not missing.
On the 13th day of the search, a rescue team led by Major A. Suleymanov, head of the Chatkar region of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, found the body of a passenger in a car in the Besh-Aral region.
The Chatkar District Police Department confirmed that the deceased was a native of Nukat District, Osh Oblast, Armenia, and was born in 1998. The body has been handed over to relatives,” the report said.
The search operation has been temporarily suspended.
Subsequently, the Jalal Abad District Internal Affairs Department Press Office reported that on August 29, staff from the Chatkar District Internal Affairs Department and the Chatkar District Emergency Department found human remains on the banks of the Chatkar River.
Arrangements have been made for appropriate examination of the remains found.
The investigation is ongoing.
Earlier, the Jalal Abad State Ministry of Internal Affairs Press Office revealed to Turmushi that the two missing persons were employees of Zhun’an Mining Co., Ltd.: Chinese citizen Li Enbo and Nukat County resident Rahmatila Ulu Asadullah, who were riding in a Changan pickup truck. The car was found in the Chatkal River a few days ago. Li Enbo and Rahmatila Ulu were not in the car.
Li Enbo was responsible for driving, and Rahmati Raulu worked as a translator in the company.
