It has been a long time since I went to Paris, France. I took the opportunity to take a walk around and visit theNational Picasso Museum, ParisPicasso is known as one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. His works have long been included in the classic art museum Louvre, and have never been eliminated by time. People still talk about his works with great relish. The most important reason is that Picasso established Cubism.

The English name of Cubism isCubismThe name comes from the fact that art critics at the time said that Picasso’s works seemed to “restore everything to a cube”. This revolutionary modern art style replaced the traditional Western painting rules, changing art from simple aesthetics and simulation of reality to observation from multiple perspectives and angles, and also influenced the future development of art. This modern art style of deconstructing and reconstructing things is also very suitable for our ideas and creations.

Most human memories are stored in the brain in the form of “fragments”. These fragments can be words, images or symbols. When they are connected together in some form, they will become a coherent story and be remembered. In this process, “logic” connects these fragments, “rationality” proves that what happened is reasonable, and “emotion” may blur or rewrite the memory, such as idealizing or romanticizing it.

In the past, I did not notice the process of memory formation, but in recent years, in response to social and technological changes, I have to work hard to “deconstruct” and “reconstruct” myself and the project, and I feel the difference. This process of unraveling the connection structure formed by past experience and reconnecting the fragments with a new mindset and vision is like looking at the world through a different lens, which can change our usual view and perception of reality, so as to form a new perspective and plan that is more suitable for reality.

Over the years, I have been constantly rethinking projects, ending or merging existing projects, absorbing new team members to bring new ideas, introducing new technologies (such as artificial BroadCast Unitedligence) and new working models (team members working in different regions). This team collaboration model that breaks the inherent practices and is established online has enabled us to use resources and time more effectively to complete project plans.

Picasso’s artistic career is rich in various styles. He is one of my favorite artists. Later generations used the phrase “Picasso is always young” to describe his changing art forms, which also represents his rebellious attitude and outlook on life of constantly seeking change and innovation and not following the rules. When the world has changed, sometimes we have to give up what we are accustomed to, reshape ourselves, and break the old thinking. But as long as we keep our original intentions and stick to our goals to deconstruct and rebuild, we will definitely be able to recreate a new world full of new opportunities.
