Perficient’s AI experts created Scarlett as an intelligent personal agent to help Perficient employees complete daily tasks more efficiently by answering questions, connecting internal resources, providing translation services, sending timely reminders, and more.
Perficient first introduced Scarlett to teams in Latin America and the U.S. With today’s global launch, Scarlett is now available to nearly 7,000 Perficient contributors around the world.

Scarlett uses a variety of resources to formulate responses to peer prompts, including pre-built logic functions, a custom knowledge base, the Perficient Academy learning center, and the latest technologies from Microsoft Azure and OpenAI.
