A medical source in Gaza said: "An Israeli explosion occurred in front of a school for displaced people in the town of Abasan, east of Khan Yunis, killing 20 people.".
Local sources said the Israeli bombing targeted the tent of the Abudaka family near the Al-Mutanabbi school in the Kabila area of Abasan.
