A property with sweeping harbour views in Sydney’s central business district has sold for about $30 million, it is understood.
The listing for the four-bedroom, five-bathroom penthouse at 115 Bathurst St. shows it sold on Aug. 9 for an undisclosed price.
Described as a “home in the sky” and “Sydney’s best penthouse”, the residence, which is being marketed by TRG agents Gavin Rubinstein and Chrissie Ren, occupies the top two floors of the 83-storey building and features 700 square metres of indoor and outdoor space.
Rumor has it in high-end real estate circles that the penthouse has a price guide of around $30 million. However, when contacted, Rubinstein declined to comment on any aspect of the transaction.
Rubinstein and Ren describe the penthouse on the listing as a “stunning blend of world-class design.”
