PBC and PTVC host Mushaira event to celebrate Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day
On August 12, 2024, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) and Pakistan Television Corporation (PTVC) held a Mushaira event at PTV Karachi to celebrate the 78th Independence Day of Pakistan.
The event, themed ‘Kishwar-e-Hasseen Shaadbad’, featured renowned poets like Professor Sahar Ansari and Anwer Shaoor, while People’s Bank Director General Saeed Ahmed Shaikh was also present.
PBC and PTVC officials were awarded shields and certificates that evening.
Mushayla celebrates Pakistan’s rich poetic tradition and provides a platform for patriotic and heartfelt poetry.
It was a night of cultural celebration and national pride that captured the enduring spirit of Independence Day.
The event will be broadcast on August 14, 2024 on Pakistan Television and Radio Pakistan.
