Pavlodar: The father who beat his daughter in Karshadai paid the fine and was taken into account

The child’s mother refused to file a complaint against her husband. The father who tried to forcibly raise his child will now be fined. Neighbors saw the man touching his daughter and called the police. The abusive father will receive preventive care and will now be monitored by a guardianship agency.

— After a thorough review of the case materials, the court found him guilty of an administrative offence under Article 127 of Part I of the Code on Administrative Offences and imposed a fine of 25,844 tenge. The decision has not yet come into force.
