Justice among children is a process that is not obvious to the children or even the parents, it means:
The first child, whether boy or girl, will command the parents’ full attention for many years until the next child is born.
The existence of one child means that his expenses are large because there are no others, and then the children after him or after him may think that because of his large amount of clothes, toys or other things, the parents prefer him to the children after him, which is not correct, because the expenses spent on three children are parents and children. When the first child is born, she spends on four children, and when the third child is born, she divides the same expenses into five, and so on.
Therefore, when there is another member, the share of each family member decreases
Parents and relatives around should not talk about children wearing clothes that the older child wore when he was a child or playing with his toys in front of the siblings, because when these conversations are repeated in front of the siblings, the children sometimes develop a kind of hatred because the second or third child or others think that the father or mother prefers the older child to them, which is not true
This talk is about:
Most people in society, other than the rich, have plenty of money that prevents their children from wearing their elders’ clothes when they were children, or playing with their elders’ toys, so they buy everyone their own things.
Second point for parents:
Convincing other children that their sick brother or sister, whether they have a chronic illness or an alleged injury, is:
Disability
They are specially treated by God and therefore parents should care for them more than others because they have needs that they cannot meet themselves.
This persuasion is achieved through verses from the Qur’an, such as Allah the Almighty says:
"There is no blame for the blind, nor for the lame, nor for the sick, nor for the food you eat from your own house, or your father’s house, or your mother’s house, or your brother’s house, or your sister’s house, or your uncle’s house, or your aunt’s house, or your uncle’s house, or your aunt’s house, or the house of which you have the key, or from the house of your friend. So when you enter the houses, greet yourselves with a blessing and a good greeting from God, so God has made clear to you the signs that you can understand."
Thus, these sick and disabled people are exempted from doing things that parents may ask healthy people to do, such as going out to shops or markets for shopping and working to support themselves after completing their studies.
Then a sick sibling or a disabled person is a special case that requires another kind of justice, which is different from the general concept, namely:
Equal attention
Justice in this case is to pay more attention to them in exchange for God torturing them for their shortcomings.
Bad thoughts between brothers can lead to disaster, as happened between Joseph (may God bless him and grant him peace) and his brothers, even though their father and mother were zealous for justice, the brothers thought that their father preferred Joseph (may God bless him and grant him peace) and his brothers to rule over them, so they said to each other:
"In fact, Joseph and his brothers showed some signs to the questioners who said: Joseph and his brothers were more loved by our father than we were, and we are indeed a group, and our father has obviously made a mistake."
The problem is that the brothers believe that when the children are older than they are and have reached youth, their father’s interest in them because of their weaknesses is a partiality for them, and justice is:
Parents should pay more attention to the weaker child because he cannot protect himself or meet all his needs.
This is evident when the father refused Joseph (may God bless him and grant him peace) to go out with them because he would not be able to protect himself if his brothers were not with him, so he said:
"He said: I am sad that you took him away, and I am worried that if you ignore him, he will be eaten by wolves."
Nevertheless, the father agreed and was forced to go out with them to prove to them that they were all his children and that he trusted them with each other, saying:
When he handed his second brother over to them, he told them:
"He said: Do I trust him as I did his brother before? God is the best guardian, He is the most merciful of mercy."
Nevertheless, even after the loss of the two brothers, the false belief remained in the hearts of the children. The children said to their father (may God bless him and grant him peace), accusing them of injustice and the ancient misleading:
"When the caravan separated, their father said, “I could smell Joseph if they hadn’t argued back.” They said, “Oh God, you’ve made the same old mistake again.”"
Therefore, God has placed an obligation on parents to leave a financial legacy to their young children when they grow up, if their children have grown up and are educated, married, or educated and working, i.e.
The legacy is written for the weak, i.e. children who were not raised and educated, or raised and educated for a few years, and the disabled, rather than adults who finished school and worked or worked and got married.
In this regard, Almighty God said:
"If they leave weak offspring, let those people fear them, let them fear God and speak good words."
This will is absolutely mandatory, of course we are talking about the general public, who are obliged to do the same thing, but not all of the estate, but they keep some for their children. As for the others, if they have money, it is just a small amount.
The prohibited content is:
All children are in the same state of health, education, etc. Here some of them have no will, otherwise their owner will go to hell.
God then requires the witnesses requested by the testator to come and testify to the will and its writing, to refuse to testify to something unjust, because if they do, they will go to hell.
The duty of the witnesses is to dissuade the testator from doing wrong, as God Almighty says:
It is ordained that when one of you dies, if he leaves any inheritance, it shall be bequeathed to his parents and relatives in a reasonable manner, which is the duty of the righteous, but whoever changes it after hearing it, it is his. Indeed, God is All-Hearing and All-Knowing, so whoever fears the bias or wrongdoing of the testator and reconciles between them, God is indeed Forgiving and Merciful. ."
The third sentence means:
"Whoever fears that the testator has sinned or committed a sin and makes reconciliation between them, he is not guilty, and God is indeed forgiving and merciful."
It is the duty of the witnesses to bring about a reconciliation between the testator and his children or other relatives so that the will is fair and its testator and witnesses are saved from going to hell.
This will is in the judicial department. If there are witnesses to testify, the judge will refuse to execute it when dividing the inheritance because Islam does not recognize injustice.
Therefore, parents have the following obligations:
God’s judgment is fair between parents
When children have wrong ideas, parents must be confronted
