Dr. Mohamed Magdy, Consultant and Director of the Cardiac Electrophysiology and Physiology Department at Al Qassimi Hospital, explained to Al Khaleej that the modern Aurora system uses advanced technology to detect any acceleration or disturbance in the heartbeat and sends an electrical signal to the patient. If this condition persists, the device delivers an electric shock to restore the heartbeat to normal, confirming the hospital’s continued passion to provide healthcare and treatment services in accordance with the highest international standards, and the strong support and excellence of the Emirates Health Services Corporation.
