Realme’s new technology is inspired by space satellite sails and relies on the world’s first four-cell foldable battery. Due to the use of flexible circuit boards, the space utilization rate is 10% higher than that of traditional batteries. The newly improved charger is called Pocket Cannon, and the output power is upgraded from 240W to 320W. It also supports dual USB-C output and is compatible with SuperVOOC, USB-PD, UFCS and other protocols.

Outperforms Redmi, Apple, and Samsung

Looking back at the beginning of last year, Realme launched the 240W GT Neo 5, which fully charged a 4600mAh battery in just 8 minutes and 40 seconds, making it the fastest charging smartphone at the time. Less than a month later, another mainland mobile phone manufacturer, Xiaomi (01810), and its subsidiary company Hongmi launched300W super fast chargingTechnology, it is tested that a 4100mAh battery can be fully charged in 5 minutes.

By comparison, Apple Inc.’s flagship iPhone 15 Pro Max takes about two hours to fully charge from zero. Samsung’s most advanced Galaxy S24 Ultra phone, equipped with a relatively modest 45W charging function, reaches about 68% in 30 minutes, and takes more than an hour to fully charge a 5,000mAh battery.
