Dam Press:
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology confirmed that citizens holding electronic cards can file an objection request upon return to the country to restore the status of family members who were excluded due to travel.
The ministry explained in a statement on its Telegram channel that citizens can submit a request through the objection platform if they wish to have the presence of the person to whom they have filed the objection in order to regain access to the support they received in the country for a period of more than 90 days.
The ministry said that once a citizen enters the website www.cs.sy, enters his national number and electronic card number, then presses the orange welfare button, fills in the displayed data, and then attaches photos of his personal card from both parties to the designated location, as long as the size of each photo does not exceed 200KB, then he selects the objection option (green) and a message will appear indicating that his objection has been successfully registered.
