​Nuku Hiva’s first reading competition

NUKU HｉVA – The first Primary and Secondary School Expressive Reading Competition took place this week in Nuku Hiva and Ua Huka. It was a fun and educational event that highlighted the unity of students around the many positive aspects of reading.

Next August, nearly 80 students will enter Year 6 at Nuku Hiva Secondary School.^EgyptThe transition from primary to secondary school is not a trivial matter and can even cause some children to worry. To avoid the latter, the educational teams of Nuku Hiva Secondary School and the island’s primary schools organize a school and secondary school consultation every year. It aims to introduce schoolchildren to the infrastructure of the college through joint educational and recreational activities.

That was the birth of the archipelago’s first ever expressive reading competition this year, which involved students from all primary schools in Nuku Hiva and Ua Huka, in CM1 and CM2 classes, and Year 6 students.^Egypt From Te tau Vae ia College.
