application
One of the special features of our stainless steel foil is that we produce it in wider widths.
Applications include surface heating elements for automobiles, FPC reinforcement plates, metal masks for electronic devices, etc., and they can be laminated with films and used as composite materials. In particular, there are few material manufacturers that produce materials with a thickness of less than 30μm and a width of nearly 600mm, which helps improve processing yield and production efficiency.
Surface texture
We cater to a wide range of surface textures depending on the application.
In the case of tact switches, cracks may occur due to the fine unevenness of the surface when used repeatedly. In this case, it is recommended to use a smooth glossy surface (BS surface treatment), which helps to improve durability.
Instead, for the outside of rechargeable batteries and connectors, we recommend a rougher white surface (WS surface treatment), which helps improve adhesion with adhesives (exterior of rechargeable batteries) and visibility of laser engraving on the product surface (connectors).
