Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan refused to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in the UK. Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the Azerbaijani President and head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, confirmed the news, haqqin.az reported.
“This meeting was proposed by the British side, and the Armenian prime minister’s refusal is a step backwards for the peace agenda,” Hajiyev stressed.
