New Video: DJ Kay Slay’s “Rolling 50 Deep” with Various Artists

DJ Kay Slay is dropping “50 Deep,” the latest single from his next Complex project; Respect It will be available on Friday, November 13th.

The show “King of Dramas” lasts 18 minutes and 30 seconds and brings together veteran and emerging MCs from all over the country.

The short film, directed by Benji Filmz, brings together new footage and footage from previous videos, and features guests including Sheek Louch, Styles P, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Benny The Butcher, AZ, and the late Fred The Godson.

Additionally, New Yitty, Maino, Vado, Uncle Murda, Joell Ortiz, MOP, Saigon, Sauce Money, Dave East, Cory Gunz and Rockness Monsta occupied their respective boroughs, while Papoose and Memphis Bleek entered the lab and Chris Rivers rapped in the back of an NYPD patrol car.

3D Na’Tee guest-starred as the only female MC, while Royce 5’9, Trick Trick, Twista and Jon Connor represented the Midwest. Bun B, DJ Paul and Trae Tha Truth rocked the South, while Ice-T, EA-Ski, E-40, Mistah FAB and Locksmith represented the West, all the way from California.

Last but not least, Melle Mel and Grandmaster Caz bring an old-school vibe with lyrics that can’t be matched by Cassidy, Ransom, Mysonne, Termanology and Loaded Lux, as well as McGruff, Nino Man, RJ Payne, Young Noble, EDI Mean, Shoota93, Stan Spit, Bynoe and Hocus 45th.
