NASSAU | Police are conducting tough checks by setting up roadblocks and interceptors across New Providence Island to curb the movements of unscrupulous road users and criminals.
The action was so aggressive that BP agents were stopped twice and ordered out of the vehicle while driving east. This was good because we were looking for news all over the island.
Tough measures to combat crime are taking a positive role and producing results.
If you think this is only happening on New Providence Island, the same thing is happening on Grand Bahama Island. Police are also conducting road checks on Grand Bahama Road and speed checks on Coral Road, north of the St. Jude Clinic.
We report yinner’s decision!
