A St. Elizabeth farmer and construction worker accused of rape in 2022 was charged after returning to Jamaica on Thursday.
He is 35-year-old Odain Lee, also known as “The Upstart.”
Heihe police said that on August 12, 2022, someone was giving a woman a ride home and she boarded a Toyota Voxy motor vehicle with Li and the driver inside.
The driver reportedly took another route to a sports center, where Lee allegedly pulled her out of the car and sexually assaulted her.
After receiving the report, the police obtained a warrant for his arrest.
His court date is being set.
