Created in 2004, RiverFest is a street fair that celebrates river life! Stroll along Bridge Street and Sunshine Park for a fun-filled day of live music, art, food, family-friendly activities, and paper boat racing with the Frenchtown Vikings, all with an emphasis on ecology and sustainability. Pay tribute to the mighty Delaware with a celebration unique to Frenchtown.

Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair
September 2, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Riverdale Annual Labor Day Street Fair hosted by the City of Riverdale will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. along the Newark Pompton Turnpike from Newbury Square to Cortelous Road. This annual event takes place on Labor Day Monday. During the event, the streets will be closed to vehicles and transformed into one big block party. If you like outdoor shopping, this is the place for you. Quality exhibitors selling a variety of goods, a special arts and crafts area, live entertainment, rides and games for the kids, delicious festival food and food trucks, and more.

Wood Street Market
September 7, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wood Street Fair is a highly anticipated annual event in historic Burlington, New Jersey. Hosted by the Burlington Colonial Foundation, this popular event attracts over 25,000 visitors and features over 175 of the region’s finest artisans and craftspeople. Take a free tour of one of New Jersey’s oldest homes, Revell House (c. 1685), where legend has it that Burlington entertained Benjamin Franklin. Sample delicacies such as gingerbread, pumpkin, blueberry or cranberry bread, and gingerbread men. Visit the Carriage House (c. 1876) from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The event, sponsored by the Elmwood Park Recreation Department, will be held on Market Street from 11am to 6pm, rain or shine. The fireworks display will begin at approximately 7pm. During the event, the street will be closed to vehicles and will be transformed into one big block party. If you like outdoor shopping, this is the place for you. There will be quality exhibitors selling a variety of goods, a special arts and crafts area, live entertainment, rides and games for the kids, delicious festival food and food trucks, and much more. Fall Festival will be held at two locations in Haddon Township and include a street fair from 12pm to 6pm and a jamfest from 12pm to 10pm! To keep the kids happy, there will be an area in the park and on Walnut Street with a variety of inflatables and children’s activities. Music will be played at the park entrance all day.
