Headlining the festival season is the Jersey City Summer Beer, Wine & Spirits Festival, which offers a delightful experience for beverage lovers. Warren County Farmers Fair and Balloon Festival
July 27 – August 3

The Warren County Farmers Fair, featuring a hot air balloon festival, is a treasured family tradition that uniquely blends agricultural exhibitions and modern entertainment. Located in Harmony Township, New Jersey, the event runs from July 27 to August 3 and features an array of attractions, including collision contests, hay bale rolling in the Agricultural Olympics, and massive hot air balloon launches each night. Visitors can enjoy tethered balloons, carnival rides, and a variety of children’s activities at the Kids Corral. The fair also hosts competitions such as the Belvidere FFA Alumni and Supporters Car, Truck and Tractor Show, as well as numerous home and garden competitions. Monmouth County Fair
July 24-28

There will be a variety of shows and exhibits, including 4-H demonstrations, thrill rides from Campy’s Blue Star Amusements, and live music on the main stage. You won’t want to miss Robinson’s Racing Pigs, Bwana Jim Wildlife Show, and The Raptor Project. For big laughs and impressive tricks, check out Fire, Whips & Danger Tricks by skinny German jugglers Hilby and Aaron Bonk. Get ready for a blast at the Flying Fools High Diving Show, and capture fun memories at Goodwin’s Good Time Photo Booth. On Thursdays and Fridays, you can even meet Crunchy the T-Rex! Plus, you’ll see living history exhibits, home and garden demonstrations, and interactive exhibits from the Monmouth County Park System. Don’t forget to browse the business booths and sample the delicious food from the different vendors.

St. Anne’s Day

Enjoy Italian cuisine, such as St. Ann’s famous zeppole, music, rides, crafts, beer garden, raffles and games. Nightly entertainment on 2 stages. Following the July 26th Feast Day Mass, a procession will carry a 600-pound statue of St. Ann through the streets of Hoboken.

LSC After Dark: Beer Olympics!

To celebrate the opening of the Summer Olympics, LSC After Dark is hosting their own Olympic party: the Beer Olympics! Grab a beer or cocktail, challenge your friends to games around the building, explore their new exhibits, and more.

Gloucestershire Fair
July 25-28

Held the last weekend in July, the Gloucester County 4-H Fair brings the charm of an “old-time country fair” with animal shows, gourmet food, barbecue dinners and outstanding booths. The fair offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including a baby parade, baby crawling contest, mullet contest, frying pan toss and tire toss. Visitors can also enjoy live entertainment, agricultural exhibits and 4-H Kids’ Achievements. Highlights include live bands, miniature horse meet-and-greet, horse-drawn carriages and dog obedience demonstrations, making it the perfect summer tradition.

Nintendo Tour

Nintendo is bringing fun to East Rutherford, New Jersey this summer with the Play Nintendo Tour, featuring Mario, Peach, Donkey Kong, Pikachu and more! At the free event, July 25-July 28 at American Dream®, Nintendo invites families to explore endless adventure and fun with Nintendo and the Nintendo Switch system. The tour is free to attend and will feature exciting interactive experiences including photos with Nintendo characters, giveaways (while supplies last) and playable demos of the latest Nintendo Switch games, such as Peach: Showtime!, Super Mario Bros. Miracle, Mario vs. Donkey Kong and more.

Morris County Fair

This family-friendly event features a variety of attractions, including animal exhibits, thrilling rides and delicious fair food. The fair also offers unique events, such as the popular pet show and horse show.

White Marsh Blueberry Summer Feast
July 27, 10am to 3pm. (Rainy day: Sunday)

The 40th Annual Blueberry Festival kicks off the blueberry season in the birthplace of the blueberry. Support this outstanding volunteer-led event to raise awareness and funds for the restoration and preservation of this National Historic Village and promote blueberry and cranberry farms in Southern New Jersey. The Whitesboro Blueberry Festival is an old-fashioned country fair located in Pine Barrens Historic Village and features a museum, historic homes, a general store, tractor-drawn wagon rides to the blueberry fields to pick heirloom berries, local craft vendors, local folk music, and berries for sale from local blueberry farms. This event helps support Whitesboro Historic Village and many local businesses, artists, farms, chefs, and proceeds go toward community projects and preservation of the Historic Village, farm fields, trails, and Elizabethan White Gardens, which are free and open to the public year-round. Expect 200 – 400 people to attend each week.

West Columbus Food Truck and Music Festival

The food trucks are rolling into Sicaucas and it’s going to be a rockin’ good time. 17 food trucks, beer, margarita and sangria gardens, vendors, 3 bands, bungee trampolines, mini golf, bouncy castles, ball bashing, face painting, sand painting and a great day of family fun.

Mercer County 4-H Fair and Wheat Threshing
July 27 and 28

The event includes animal shows and exhibits, homemade ice cream, hayrides, pony rides, a musical magic show and farm tours. On Saturday, Howell Farm’s 2022 wheat sheaves will be completely dried and ready for “threshing” to separate the grain and straw. Live music will be provided by the Jugtown Mountain String Band, Magnolia Street String Band and Crown Acoustic.

The Sunflower Festival is sure to be the highlight of your summer! You can spend a few hours or the whole day – there is so much to do and see! This is in addition to the regular Sunflower Trail weekend activities including our sunflower trail, pick-your-own summer flowers, peaches, berries, hayrides, activity areas and farm animals.

Italian Festival and Wine Tasting
July 27 and 28, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Come celebrate Italian culture with friends and family with authentic music, delicious food, bocce and wine! The Metropolitan Festival Band will perform the sounds of Italy from 11-5. We will announce details on the wine tasting soon. There will also be live thoroughbred horse racing on the day, so bring your family and friends and spend a day at beautiful Monmouth Park – it’s your best choice for summer family fun!

New Jersey July Events - Ranchocas Woods

Christmas in July in Rancocas Forest
July 28, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Events will include weekly farmer’s market booths and monthly craft and antique show booths. The second annual Christmas in July Holiday Ornament Swap and Free Shop will also be on display, where participants can bring in intact Christmas ornaments and exchange them with ornaments from other members of the community, bringing a “green” fresh look to the winter season. Christmas in July will also feature live music from DJ Black (10am-11:30am) and Kenya Diggit (12pm-3pm), a dung beer garden, and food trucks from Red’s Rolling Restaurant and Divine Catering.
