Red, White and Blue Food Truck and Music Festival
June 29, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Show your patriotic spirit at the Red, White and Blue Food Truck and Music Festival at the Teaneck Armory on Saturday, June 29 from 11am to 7pm. Kick off the holiday weekend with a day filled with adventure, delicious food and great music!

This three-day family event includes carnival rides, live music, amusements, food, eating contests and a fireworks display at dusk on Friday, June 28.

Thursday City Center
June 27, 5pm to 8pm

Enjoy a free evening with live music, entertainment and outdoor dining every Thursday from 5-8 pm, June 27 through August 15 (except July 4); the August 15 event begins at 6:30 pm. Hosted by the Downtown West Orange Alliance (DWOA), Downtown Thursdays are the best way to experience West Orange every week.

North Beach Atlantic City Annual Fireworks Celebration
June 28, 6pm to 9pm

The event, held in conjunction with Fireworks by Grucci, is free and open to the public and will be open at multiple viewing locations on the north end of the boardwalk, including: Steel Pier, Resorts Casino Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Showboat and Ocean Casino Resort. Restaurants along Tennessee Avenue will also sponsor the celebration. Prior to the fireworks, the North Beach Boardwalk area will offer live music, drink specials and other activities from 6 to 9 p.m.

Rock, Rib and Ridge Festival
June 28-30

Experience a weekend of Southern classic rock hits and barbecue celebrations at the 14th annual festival. Enjoy music from Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees and Southern rock legends like Blackberry Smoke, Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes, Molly Hatchet and more. Savor tender, smoky barbecue cooked by champion grill masters competing for cash, trophies and the prestigious People’s Choice Award. The festival offers single-day general admission and VIP tickets, as well as weekend passes and camping sites for RV and tent campers.

Margate Beach

June is hot in Margate and BEACHSTOCK 2024 is the biggest beach party on the planet. Admission is free and no beach badge is required during the event. This year there are new food vendors, more children’s activities, an eclectic live music lineup, free surfing and kite lessons, beanbag tossing, volleyball, obstacle course, tiki beach bar and more! Beachstock is a thirteen-year tradition in Margate, attracting more than 5,000 visitors and will return to the beach on Saturday, June 29th from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (rain date June 30th) between Huntington and Granville Avenues in Margate.

The City of Newark Caribbean Council hosts the Flavor of the Caribbean Festival in honor of Caribbean American Heritage Month. Food, kids activities and more.

Honeygrove Disepensary Rides and Atmosphere

Honeygrove Pharmacy will host a car show event on June 29 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. This vibrant community gathering will feature live performances from local artists, a variety of food trucks, numerous vendors and an impressive car display.

Brewing at the Zoo

What could be better than tasting wine from New Jersey’s finest wineries for only $15? ! This summer, Monmouth Park’s newest event is the Wine & Wine Festival. This two-day festival features many of the Garden State’s top wineries, live music from 12 noon to 4 pm, and live horse racing both days.

Firefly Festival
June 30, 4pm to 9pm

Fireflies are part of the “exciting” side of summer, so to celebrate, enjoy an evening of nature, music, food, and outdoor fun at this exciting FREE event. Craft activities are $7.00 and you can make your own wings and antennae. While you wait for the fireflies to come out, you can enjoy live music, pony rides throughout the evening, and a special farm playground for nighttime play. Lolly Hopwood will be performing for all of your young firefly friends, inviting everyone to sing, dance, and play in her imaginative, interactive show. Pam’s Firefly Tent will offer delicious food such as roast chicken, hot dogs, pie, cider, donuts, cookies, and apples, and Terhune’s own wines will be available for adults to taste or purchase by the glass in the wine garden.
