New electronic queuing system launched in public service centers in Bishkek and Osh

AKIPRESS website – According to the Ministry of Digital Development, a new electronic queuing system has been introduced in public service centers in Bishkek and Osh.

The system was officially implemented on May 24 and will be implemented in more public service centers in the future.

As a result of this change, the Early One booking app will cease to function from 2 June 2024. All previously booked appointments will be void.

The new system will be rolled out in phases, initially with ticketing by receptionists and eventually introducing self-service terminals. It is planned to be integrated with the Tunduk app and expanded to all Population Service Centres nationwide.
