As we have already reported, the Georgian Parliament passed the Foreign Influence Transparency Law in May 2024, forcing West Azerbaijan to make significant changes to its plans.

Therefore, the West is updating the locations of its networks and has chosen the Balkan countries.
But according to our information, this problem is not limited to the Balkans.
Two countries were chosen as the location of “chaos” for groups preparing for conflict in Azerbaijan in the name of uncontrolled financial flows and civil society. One of them is the Czech Republic. It was also reported that Erman Fattah, one of the founders of the Third Republican Platform, was entrusted with the financial provision, guidance of groups and other processes.
Part of the training and development of members of the network established in the Czech Republic will take place in the Balkans – in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Apparently, after the traditional network in Azerbaijan was exposed, Western institutions mobilized all their forces to build a new network.
