This year, the second MG Mystery Customer Meeting was held at the Ramada Hotel in Gammarth in a very friendly atmosphere.

This meeting, which MG has been using since last year, represents an original process that allows the customer to evaluate the services provided at different points in the commercial chain in order to initiate corrective actions in the purchase path.

MG Group President Mr. Tahar Bayahi and the entire management team followed the comments, grievances and suggestions of 50 mysterious customers representing 23 governorates in Tunisia.

This new approach to participatory management involves making the mysterious customer look like an ordinary customer, but in fact he is an anonymous investigator and listener. This also makes the customer an important carrier for improving the quality of MG’s products and services.

Today’s discussion has proven its value and satisfied both MG’s management and the mystery customer. To this end, Mr. Tahar Bayahi spoke on behalf of the group and expressed his gratitude to the mystery customer.

He then revealed that he felt their support for the project was very positive, and even stronger this year. “They want the company to change faster and share our desire to improve things,” he said. He concluded by saying: “Mystery shopping represents a wealth of information that we must tap into, and it is one of the keys to our success.”

At the end of the ceremony, customers presented trophies to the three MG stores with the highest satisfaction in the entire chain.
