I attended all sessions of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (1992-1994) and all sessions of the Conference of the Parties, the CST and the CRIC of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification from 1994 to 2006 and thus had the opportunity to collect a large number of interesting books and publications on drought and desertification that were published during that period.
