The National Meteorological Institute (INAM) predicts the following weather conditions for this Sunday (23rd), the 790th day of the public health emergency in Mozambique: slightly cloudy skies with localized light rain in the coastal areas of Niassa, Cabo Delgado and Nampula provinces; light to moderate southeasterly winds.
Light clouds and localized cloudy weather are expected in Tete, Zambézia, Manica and Sofala provinces; localized light rain will continue; morning fog or heavy fog may occur in some areas; light to moderate southeast to east winds.
In the provinces of Inhambane, Gaza and Maputo, INAM expects slightly cloudy to partly cloudy skies; continued drizzle or light rain, mainly along the coastal belt; a chance of isolated fog; and light to moderate southeast to easterly winds.
