A moped rider was injured after colliding with a dog on the Indira Gandhi Weg cycle path in Suriname on Monday afternoon.
The man collided with an animal near Welgedacht C Road for unknown reasons and fell heavily to the road.
The victim suffered multiple injuries and was taken by ambulance to the emergency department of the Paramaribo University Hospital.
Agents from De Nieuwe Grond agency are investigating at the scene.
