Mohammed Ali Hassan, a journalist specializing in diplomatic affairs, warned that the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip, which has lasted for 10 months, will intensify the bloodshed in the region, which is what the Egyptian government has warned about since the beginning of the year. He noted that Netanyahu knows that the longer the conflict lasts, the greater his chances of staying in power, and therefore he is afraid that the elections will be held between November and December, especially because he knows that the Israeli streets strongly reject him, as is evident in the recent demonstrations that have spread through the streets.
