Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, a well-known transvestite, has issued a warning against the misuse of the Naira following his release from prison.
Recall that on April 5, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission convicted Bobrisky for defacing Naira notes.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has charged the social media personality with four counts of misappropriation of the naira.
While delivering the sentence, Justice Awogborough sentenced the transvestite but opted not to impose a fine, warning that the sentence would serve as a warning to others who abuse the Naira.

After his release on Monday, Okunai warned Nigerians not to misuse the naira to avoid jail time.
He said: “You must follow the rules and obey the law. Don’t spend money recklessly, otherwise you will become the landlords of Kirikiri.”
“It’s not just killing or any crime that can land you in jail. Something as minor as naira spraying can land you in jail.”
“I’m only focusing my positive energy on the people who have supported me, like my friends. You know, I’m not interested in other people. So, I don’t want to talk about them. I’m really grateful for my friends and loved ones,” Bobrisky added.
