The accused was found in possession of (48 boxes totaling 1.15 billion fireworks of various shapes and sizes – the quantity of raw materials and tools used in the manufacturing process).
When confronted, the defendant admitted that he possessed the seized items with the intent to manufacture, traffic and profit from fireworks.
