China’s Deputy Commander of the Armed Forces pays four-day visit to Rwanda
The leader was received by the Minister of Defence, Juvenal Marizamunda and the Minister of Defence, General Mubarah Muganga at the Rwandan Ministry of Defence headquarters.
China’s Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Huang Xucong, is on a four-day visit to Rwanda, with the two sides focusing on maintaining normal relations between the two countries’ armed forces.
Yesterday, the group visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial and the Museum to End Genocide against the Tutsi, and on Thursday they visited the Gabiro Military Training Center.

They held talks aimed at strengthening defense forces ties
The delegation is also scheduled to visit the Gako Military Academy this Friday.
On July 31, when the Chinese Embassy in Rwanda celebrated the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, the embassy stated that China will continue to do its best to maintain the relations between the two countries, especially the two militaries.

The relationship between Rwanda and China is normal and is reflected in many different activities, including medicine, education, agriculture, technology and various infrastructure.
