Oranjestad: During his working visit to Williamsport, Minister Endy Cross planned to hold different meetings with different stakeholders. The first meeting was with Mr. Christopher Hansen, Musco Regional Manager for Central America and the Caribbean. Musco is a well-known lighting company that was founded in 1976 and is active in different countries in Europe and around the world. The company has various types of luminaires, including those for soccer fields, baseball, softball, American football, and cricket fields. In the United States, almost all sports facilities use Musco lighting systems. They also manufacture various types of quality light poles and have a lot of expertise in light quality and calculating how many lux are needed on site. Musco is a key partner of the Williams Sports Little League World Series, so they manage all Little League World Series venues. The Minister of Sports met with Hansen, who outlined the work. Soon, Musco will travel to Aruba to provide advice and offers. “There is nothing concrete yet, but we will use their expertise to get more advice and offers for the sports fields in Aruba. This work is still ongoing for the benefit of the entire sports industry,” concluded Minister Endy Cross.
