In his last activity in the region, Minister Cataldo participated in the signing ceremony of an agreement between the CFT of Aisn State and the Ministry of Public Works to execute and officially launch the replacement works of higher education institutions.

Located in the Port of Aissen commune, the Aissen State CFT started its first academic year in April 2022 with 84 students and 2 majors: Logistics and Public Administration. This year, 7 majors were opened: Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Electricity, Electromechanical, Aquaculture Technology, Business Administration, and Logistics Systems Management. There are currently nearly 300 students enrolled.
